 Ira Bogotch, Ed.D., Professor, College of Education, Florida Atlantic University
Ira Bogotch came to Florida International University in Fall 2000 after 10 years at the University of New Orleans (1990-2000). Previously, he served as a Jewish Day School Principal, K-12, in Miami Beach. Dr. Bogotch began his career in education in 1968 working for the Board of Higher Education for the City University of New York. He has also worked as an ESL teacher and an administrator in New York City, Washington, D.C., and Miami. In 2002-2003 he served as interim chair of the Department of Teacher Education.
